All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

3. Shipping Cost
We proudly offer FREE Worldwide Shipping on all eligible orders unless otherwise stated on the product page.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information usually becomes available within 2–5 business days after shipment.
5. Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's customs authorities.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
HUBARA is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We can only update your address if your order has not yet been processed.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and provide an appropriate solution.
8. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and warehouse locations.
You may receive multiple tracking numbers.
9. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
